There is a low staff turnover here, and we see that as a sign that people thrive here. We look after each other, and we make an effort to be a workplace where people want to stay.

There are many of us from Kalundborg in the house, and this can be felt in the proximity and unity. We are also lucky that our colleagues from outside the municipality want to move closer to become part of everyday life in Northwest Zealand.

Every morning and at lunch we eat together and talk about everything and nothing. We have an annual summer party and of course a Christmas party. We can often bring our partner or family along. Our good fellowship grows even stronger when we meet at different times – both with children in our arms and our girlfriends in our hands.
