Cranes and lifting equipment
We have several mobile cranes with lifting capacities up to 150 tons. The cranes can be adapted to different needs – bulk, container, project cargo and heavy industrial goods.
Gottwald 100
Lifting capacity: 100 tons at 24 meters outreach, 39 tons at 51 meters outreach from the swing center.
Gottwald can be set up with the following equipment:
- 6 m3 grab
- 15.5m3 grab
- Container yoke (20″, 30″, 40″ and 45″)
- Relevant lifting equipment for all tasks.
There will always be two crane operators present when performing heavy lifts with the Gottwald 100.
Gottwald 150
Lifting capacity: 150 tons at 19 meters outreach, 38 tons at 54 meters outreach from the swing center.
Gottwald can be set up with the following equipment:
- 6 m3 grab
- 15.5m3 grab
- Container yoke (20″, 30″, 40″ and 45″)
- Container yoke with twinlift function (2 x 20″)
- Relevant lifting equipment for all tasks.
There will always be two crane operators present when performing heavy lifts with the Gottwald 150.
The Sennebogen
Sennebogen 870 loading/unloading machine, which can be set up throughout the port area with the following equipment:
- 3m3 bulk grab
- 4m3 bulk grab
- 6 m3 bulk grab
- Strangulation
- Polygrab
- Cross saw for max 10 tons
- Hook operation up to 15 tons. At max. outreach of 22 meters from the swing center: 6.5 tons.
Max. lifting height: 20 meters with an extension of 16 meters.
Max. working depth: 7 meters with an extension of 15 meters.
Gantry cranes
Gantry crane no. 1:
Lifting capacity: 25 tons at 13 meters, 12 tons at 20 meters (from the center of rotation).
Lifting capacity with grab bucket: 10 tons (incl. grab)
Lifting capacity: 20 meters above the dock, 10 meters below.
Swing radius: Max. 20 meters, min. 9 meters.
Gantry crane no. 1 can be set up on berths 12 and 13 with the following equipment:
- Hook
- Grab 4.5 m3 (environmentally friendly)
- Grab 5 m3 shovel
- Grab 5.5 m3 shovel
- Grab 7.5 m3 grab
- Required lifting equipment for all jobs.
Gantry crane no. 2:
Lifting capacity: 25 tons at 18 meters, 14 tons at 26 meters.
Lifting capacity with grab: 12 tons (incl. grab)
Lifting capacity: 25 meters above the dock, 10 meters below.
Swing radius: Max. 26 meters, min. 9 meters.
Gantry crane no. 2 can be set up on berths 12 and 13 with the same equipment as P1.
Travelift
Lifting capacity: 25 tons
Boat width: Max. 4.5 meters
Sling distance: Max. 5.6 meters, min. 3.6 meters
Manitou multi-machine
Lifting capacity: 3.2 tons.
Lifting height: 9 meters, max. 0.5 tons
The multi-machine can be equipped with forks (1,200 m/m) or hook grab (0.45 m3)
