There are special rules for the use of the port's cranes, which are intended to ensure that lifting tasks are carried out correctly and safely. It is important that all users familiarise themselves with the guidelines before starting work.
Drone flight
All drone flying in the Port of Kalundborg areas and maritime territory is only permitted with prior agreement with the Port of Kalundborg for reasons of safety, operations and our customers' activities.
The application is sent to: info@portofkalundborg.dk, and a search must be made for each individual flight.
Flying closer than 150 meters horizontally from risk companies classified as column 3 companies (that store flammable, explosive, toxic or environmentally hazardous substances) requires separate permission from the company in question.
The Port of Kalundborg assesses in each individual case whether a desired drone flight may affect or disrupt the port's or our customers' activities, and whether the flight can be permitted in accordance with, among other things, the TV Surveillance Act.
We may at any time request to see valid documentation for the drone and authorization of the drone pilot.
