New harbor assistant at the Port of Kalundborg

Michael Petersen has started as a new port assistant at the Port of Kalundborg as of June 1. He will work closely with the two other port assistants and the operations manager to coordinate the many different tasks that arise in connection with ship calls.

Michael comes from a position as a planner in a large ventilation company, but just as importantly he has many years of experience from NOV Flexibles, which as you know is one of the large companies here at the port. At NOV he has worked as a team leader in the Service & Offshore department. Michael has also been seconded to Brazil when NOV was building its factory there.

In terms of education, Michael is also well-prepared for the job as a port assistant. He is currently completing an academy degree in innovation, product and production at CPH Business, where he has already taken a module in project management.

Michael is 35 years old and lives nearby, namely in Kærby, where he lives with his girlfriend and his two sons.

We look forward to the collaboration.
