On October 1, Ida Egede Herskind started at Kalundborg Port as a communications officer and PA to the management. She will be responsible for and develop the communications and press area at Kalundborg Port and assist the management in connection with event, project and business development.
Ida is educated in communications from DMJX (Denmark's Media and Journalism School), and she comes from a similar position in the Electrical and Plumbing Industry Education Secretariat in Copenhagen. Ida's broad experience within PR, communications and marketing makes her a valuable addition to Kalundborg Port, where she will use her expertise in strategic communications to increase the port's visibility and build even stronger relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
As a communications officer and PA, Ida will be responsible for daily communication on Kalundborg Port's social media and website, as well as PR and press work in collaboration with the port's management. Ida will play a central role in ensuring that Kalundborg Port is profiled both locally and nationally, and that communication to the port's many stakeholders runs smoothly.
