At the Port of Kalundborg, we use data in order to be able to operate a business. We only process data about you, which are relevant and sufficient in relation to the purpose. Moreover, it can be set by statute, what type of data that are necessary to gather and keep for our business. The type and range of the data that we process can also be necessary in order to fulfill a contract or another legal obligation.

Uninvited job applications
The Port of Kalundborg receives, reads, and destructs/erases uninvited job applications without delay. We will advertise all our vacant positions in the local media and/or other platforms for job advertisements and at our website.

Right of access
You are at any time entitled to ask us for information about, among other things, which information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration has, which categories of personal data and recipients of data that might be present as well as information about where the information comes from.
You have the right to get a copy of the personal data that we are processing about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, you will have to send a written request to info@kalundborghavn.dk. You can be asked to document that you are the person that you pretend to be.
Right to correction
You have the right to get incorrect personal data about you corrected by us. If you notice errors in the information that we have registered about you, you are recommended to direct a written inquiry to us so that the information can be corrected.
Right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to get all or some of your personal data erased by us, for instance if you withdraw your consent, and we do not have another legal basis for continuing the processing. To the extent that continued processing of your data is necessary, for instance so that we can fulfill our legal obligations or for legal claims to be set up, maintained or defended, we are not obliged to erase your personal data.
Right to limit the processing to storing
You have under certain conditions the right to get the processing of your personal data limited to only consisting of storing, for instance if you believe that the data that we are processing about you are not correct.
Right to data portability (transfer of data)
You have under certain conditions the right to get personal data, which you have given us by yourself, handed out in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this information to another data manager.
Right to objection
At any time, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data concerning direct marketing, including the profiling that is done so as to be able to target our direct marketing.
Moreover, you have at any time the right, of reasons concerning your personal situation, to object to the processing of your personal data that we do on the basis of our legitimate interests.
Right to withdraw consent
At any time, you have the right to withdraw a consent, which you have given us to a specific processing of your personal data, including the profiling, which is being made of you as a customer. If you want to withdraw your consent, you are requested to contact us at info@kalundborghavn.dk.

Erasure of personal data
Information regarding your use of the website, cf. what kind of information we gather, will be erased at the latest, when you have not used the website in a year.
Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be erased, when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing of the information.
Customer information will be erased a year after the tenancy is ended, with the exception of accounting enclosures, which in physical form are stored for five years and moreover as accounting enclosures in our financial management system, where they are kept as basis for our accountings.
Safety
We have carried through appropriate technical and organizational safety measures against personal data accidentally or illegally being destroyed, lost, changed or deteriorated as well as against personal data coming to unauthorized persons’ notice or being abused.
Only employees with a proper need for getting access to your personal data to carry out their job, have access to this.
